RUCO LINE IN JAPAN KEEPS GROWING

RUCO LINE IN JAPAN KEEPS GROWING
Two new Ruco stores have just been opened in Tokyo. They are added to a first flagship store and the partnership with the most prestigious Dept Stores in the Japanese capital. That’s a clear sign of the unstoppable and increasing success of the Umbrian shoe and accessories brand in the Land of the Rising Sun.
The shoe and accessories brand Ruco Line continues to target Japan and now the Ruco flagship stores go up to 3, not to mention its presence inside the main dept stores, 23 now, located in the most important cities and provinces, from Osaka to Kyoto, from Sapporo to Hiroshima, from Nihonbashi to Yokohama, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Tamagawa.
Therefore, on top of the first flagship store, opened in 2008 in the Ginza quarter, two new shop windows are added in as many strategic areas of the Japanese capital: one at Daikanyama, at the heart of the trendiest shopping area and the other one at Cotto-Dori, historical district of international business.
Both shops are based on the new format already applied to the Ruco stores in Milan and Naples. An emotional and warm space. A high-tech scenario willingly not polished. Asphalt and stone grey shades. Rough cement on the walls. Acrylic resin on the floors. Graphic in white and extremely light lamps. A very intimate atmosphere, vital and full of rhythm. Cubes and shelving running on thin rails, just as a mixer cursors, with a special led-system that lights up each single element, emphasizing its color and shape.
With such contemporary project, Marco Santucci and Daniela Penchini, founders and owners of Rucoline SpA, want to express their company philosophy. RUCO LINE, collection after collection, mixes suggestions and inspirations coming from the most varies worlds, such as sport and cartoons, games and imagination, fashion and architecture, history and art.
